Every year, Rats from around the world pour into its many Train Stations to make a name for themselves within the rat race that plays out underneath the city's many arches. Of course, no discussion of New Rat City is complete without mentioning the Ratue of Liberty and the many cultural and touristic institutions that line the riverbanks it overlooks.
