[Updated] MINICASTLE 375

I made a lesser version of this MiniCastle for a previous event [1] but was not fully satisfied with the results. So I spent a bit more time on it. I have added a few more details that are more in line with the original LEGO(R) kit but it is still missing some details I'd like to see.

I have tried to make the mini kit as close and functional as I could. I note I am the only one in the original 90th event that had. I am pleased with how my "brick built" horse came out as it scales well with the trophy figure. Having said that I am a big fan of the more bricky horses others have done especially by those who've made the 1x1 round plate based knights.
