Classic Castle 375

When I think of the Lego castle theme, the first thing that comes to my mind is the set #375 Yellow Castle released in 1978. With its classic design and creative colour scheme, it is my favourite Lego castle set (especially since yellow is my favourite colour).

It was a lot of fun building a micro scale version of it, and it offered a challenge when I had to think of the best part usage to recreate the original set as accurately as possible. The model consists of 166 pieces. Congratulations Lego on your 90th anniversary!
