Eggmanified Monitor

This build is a representation of the classic 1-up monitors from the classic sonic games. But it looks like eggman got ahold of one of them and messed with them to add a glasses, a mustache and a pink nose. He also hacked into it so if spindashed it will deplete one life. Handle with caution!
