Microwave Oven

One thing I would miss if it was gone is my convection microwave oven (it's fast but also creates that convection oven crisp!). I mostly cook on my induction cooktop, but my microwave also doubles as my convection oven and if I'm hungry and lazy a pizza form the freezer is so easy!

Maybe not an appliance everbody owns, but I feel like it is not going to disappear from kitchens around the world any time soon. And being already nearly 80 years old, I would definitely call it timeless.
