Vintage Sewing Machine

History tells us that it is difficult to attribute the paternity of this machine.

Surely the 3 main inventors were Thomas Saint (1790), Walter Hunt (1853) and Elias Howe (1846).

The project recreates a vintage sewing machine in working order. I also wanted to add a pair of tailor's scissors and spools of colored thread, to make it even more realistic.

I think it is a beautiful vintage object to display, and the movement makes it really interesting.
