Lights, Camera... ACTION!
This is my homage to the early days of cinematography in Hollywood. I first started working on it over 5 years ago!
It was a skilled job to operate the camera as you had to learn to hand-crank it at a slow and steady rate of exactly 2 revolutions per second to achieve the desired 16 frames per second on the actual film reel.
Features
Hand-cranked movie camera with tripod
Director's chair with footrest
Spotlight with tripod
Working clapperboard!
Megaphone
Film spool canister
Functionality
Camera/tripod:
Pans left/right and tilts up/down
Extendable/retractable tripod legs with anti-slip rubber feet
Rotating turret for lens (focal length) selection (x3)
Sliding lens hood/gantry
360 degree crank for filming!
Spotlight/tripod
Pans left/right and tilts up/down
Adjustable fins
I also tried a different colour scheme for the chair, and I couldn't resist trying the light in full chrome!
