Retro Boombox
The "boombox", the machine that changed the way we listened to music. This boombox sports a retro-80's color scheme, AM/FM radio, and a casette player. With the renewed interest in casettes and physical media, the boombox has found its way into our homes once again.
This model features a functioning casette holder and door. Each of the casettes has an anti-stud back that attaches to the inner casette chamber. The spindles can be turned using the hand-crank on the back of the model.
Additional features include: a propable antenna, a swinging handle bar, a sliding AM/FM switch; a tuning knob; sliding switches for stop/eject, play, pause, rewind, and fastforward; and knobs for adjusting the volume, bass, and treble. Turning the tuning knob causes the red indicator of the tuner interface to slide through channels, as inspired by the recent Retro Radio.
