Vintage Model Plane

What is more timeless than a classic model plane? For this build I made an iconic display piece of an old model plane, one that I am particularly close to, upon a high shelf that has withstood the test of time. I love the way model planes look with unfinished wood and how they seem to fly through the air when they're on display.

I really enjoyed bringing this build together and I especially liked designing the smooth look it has. I think this would make for a perfect set, that would attract fans of model planes (like me), and those who just want that timeless display piece.
