Gothic Candelabra
Inspired by classic spooky tales of ghosts & monsters, I instantly knew I wanted to depict a timeless antique candelabra. Something you might find while exploring an abandoned haunted house, or an old gothic castle.
I'm of the opinion that there's not nearly enough Halloween-themed display pieces, so I'm always looking for an opportunity to make one! This contest felt like the perfect time.
My build features a brick-built minfigure skull, 'melting' purple candles, metallic silver accents, and some spooky spider webs as part of the design. I also decided to add a small side build to the display, featuring a forced-perspective microscale vampire castle and a glow-in-the-dark moon! I wanted this to function as a minifigure stand for the included Vampire and glow-in-the-dark ghost.
This entry uses 384 total pieces and has 2 minifigures.
Thank you for taking a look, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it!
