Vintage Letter Writing Set

Bring the magic of old-fashioned letter writing to life with this Vintage Letter Writing Set!

My project was inspired by old, richly decorated letter-writing sets. They carried emotional weight, documented important events, and often served as cherished keepsakes. Writing a letter was a deliberate act that required time, thought, and care. The tools used reflected this significance, often beautifully crafted and symbolizing the value of the written word.

My set is built on an elegant base, holding a beautifully decorated box and an ink stand with a delicate feather quill. There’s also a wax seal set and a candle. Next to it all stands an oil lamp, casting a soft light that adds warmth to the scene. In the center, a small stack of letters.
