Communication is as timeless as it gets.

We were always meant to express ourselves, from cave paintings to hieroglyphs, from poetry to songs and letters.
But imagine being able to communicate without borders, without boundaries.
Sharing joy and grief, reaching out to loved ones and being able to hear their voices in an instant.

What a historic breakthrough!

I still remember my grandparents having a working rotary dial phone, the feeling of rotating the wheel, the sound it would make when released and my parents picking up from the other side of the line.
It is one of my fondest childhood memories.

Roughly based on a 1930s dial telephone from Denmark, this LEGO build represents nostalgia in its most elegant form.
A brick-built reminder of a historic milestone, leading way to connecting people for over a century.
