Hasselblad 1600F
As a photographer I've always wanted a Hasselblad camera. This is the Hasselblad 1600F, their first consumer camera and also the first SLR camera for medium format in the world. The brand is still active today, and they still have a model whose design is based on the first Hasselblad cameras.
The Hasselblad 1600F featured interchangeable lenses, viewfinders and film magazines, which was quite the innovation at the time. In order to capture this modularity in the Lego build, I included four extra lenses, as well as designed the film magazine to be removeable. The viewfinder can show what's being photographed, and I've included brick built versions of some of the most iconic photos taken with a Hasselblad (not specifically the 1600F, unfortunately). Do you recognise them?
The build has just under 450 parts and the camera measures about 11x10x20 studs.
Whether you're a photographer, camera nerd or just a history buff wanting the set for the iconic pictures, this build is perfect for you!
