Twisted Santa

Once the cheerful bringer of gifts, Santa was cursed by Halloween Town’s dark magic, transforming him into a dual-faced figure — half jolly, half terrifying. In one hand, he clutches a candy cane; in the other, a chilling weapon, ready to deliver both joy and fright in equal measure.

A button at the back activates a light (from a LEGO City set) that glows in the heart of the Halloween side, casting an eerie glow that brings this dark transformation to life. The challenge was working within the limits of my LEGO piece collection, but it was incredibly fun to design and build!
