Tyrannosaurus Pet
My aim for this entry was to transform the ferocious Tyrannosaurus Rex into a lovable pet.
About the Tyrannosaurus Pet (T-Pet)
Hatch-lings weigh 4-6 pounds when they hatch. The adult males usually grow to around 150 pounds, while the females weigh about 130 pounds.
T-Pets are very friendly, especially towards humans, but not ideal around small children because of their size and weight. If well trained they can make good "watch dinos."
These little dinosaurs are also very playful and love to chase balls. Their favorite toy (besides a bone) however, is the rope. Due to their tremendous strength the ropes are designed with Kevlar.
About the Model
The body is primarily colored dark flesh with a dark tan belly and dark bluish grey feet and front claws. The head, jaw, arms, legs, and tail are all posable. I put a 1x2 brick with a hole through the middle at the back of the mouth for the throat and I used two binocular pieces to attach the claws to the arms. The model is comprised of 263 pieces.
