All-Terrain Rex is a cyborg dinosaur who lost his appendages in a battle against a Giant Tarantula. His owner, Rob Rumble, took him to his workshop and gave him a robotic body. 

AT-Rex has a articulating tail, neck, and arms. His eyes light up, and he has a seat for Rob.
