Mutated Stegosaur

On an alternate planet dinosaurs were able to adjust to the universes climate in order to survive, however this came at a cost by horribly mutating them with toxic chemicals, these mutations include elongated extra limbs a disfigured head and weaponized features. The cyborg species on this planet used these dinosaurs in order to traverse there vast desolate world quicker than before.
