Vintage Transportation: Steam Boat – The Seagull
Captain Crawford has set out on another long voyage at sea with his favorite vessel the Seagull. Known for its maneuverability, the Seagull
is a great boat for exploring the ocean like none other can!
When the captain first purchased the steam boat, he struggled to come up with a name for it. As he was thinking of a name, a seagull landed on the deck railing, and, of course, that's where he got the name. Previously, the Seagull was white and dark red, but he painted it white and black in accordance with the name.
I hope you like my first-ever boat submission. I definitely spent more time on this boat than any others I've made in the past, which were few. I don't know much at all about steam boats or, let alone, boats in general, but I would like to think that this could be somewhat accurate to a real one... maybe. I really enjoyed building this model and maybe I'll do something similar in the future.
