Free Diving in a Kelp Forest

My favorite thing to do alone is to go free diving. There's nothing like a quiet swim to the bottom of the lake or the sea floor. The noisy, fast-paced world above disappears, and a new world of majesty and magnificent beauty emerges. The giant kelp sways with the tides. The purple sea urchins crawl along the sandy seabed. An octopus hides itself, and in the distance, a jellyfish floats by in search of some lunch.
