The Beauty of Hiking

Hello LEGO community! If you’re anything like me, you spend way too much time on your computer and phone. You might even scroll around on Lego Ideas for hours! (Guilty as charged) And it’s important to “unplug” and reconnect with nature. 

One of my favorite ways to do this is to hike, which is always most gratifying at when you reach the top of a mountain. The slow, grinding ascent to the top, all so you can see that beautiful, open view of the world, unobstructed by urbanization. If you hike before it’s light in the morning, you can even watch the sun rise over the hills. 

This build was designed to reflect that beautiful view and, of course, the long hike that makes the experience even sweeter. The minifigure hiking up through the clouds is taking in that beautiful view, even though he’s completely exhausted.
