Sitting With My Grief
Everyone encounters loss at some point in their life, and oftentimes, it can be positive to sit alone and just be with that loss. Loss comes in many forms. A spouse, parent, sibling, child, or pet. Each person's loss is unique to them and important to them, and being with it and embracing it can be immensely powerful. On Single's Day, I invite everyone to just take a moment and breathe. Sit with your grief. Allow the joy and sorrow and every other emotion to flow through you.
