Joe Crow presents his tuned plane, but he still doesn't get Clive. Bertie's police plane dream has come true; he now owns a “fiery saucer ship”. Even gambling has moved into Fabuland. Roger Racoon has won big and is under police protection in case Freddy gets any nasty ideas!

The music of the Fabuland Band floats above it all. Of course, not without a lengthy speech from Lionel Lion, who also picks up his accordion – he simply can't hold back.
