McLaren Mp4/4 Themed Bedroom
For my entry into this contest it took me quite a while to figure out what to build but then I decided, what better way to celebrate one of the greatest race cars in the world than a good-ol'-fashioned race car bed. I designed a young child's bedroom centered completely around the MP4/4 and the success of Ayrton Senna. I like to imagine this young boy was so inspired by Senna that he asked his parents to turn his bedroom into a McLaren dream. There are plenty of generic race car inspired detailed in the model such as traffic cones, a tire lamp, a race track rug, and a toy race track on the floor with a few toy cars. There are also plenty of Ayrton Senna details and references such as the wall of trophies from his many wins, a replica of his racing suit, and of course, everyone's dream bed as a kid (or adult, I won't judge.), a McLaren MP4/4 race car bed. I had a lot of fun building this and I hope you enjoy it as well!
