Mirkwood Forest

My submission for the Stranger Things contest is this mashup of multiple scenes that took place in Mirkwood Forest. My model includes the tree with the “gate” to the Upside Down, the Demogorgon’s “deer” meal (this lego dog was as close as I could get), Hopper’s waffle lock box, and Lucas’s bike leaning against the Hawkins Lab fence. The gate has a light brick that can be activated from the top of the tree, and there is transparent black slime around it where Nancy is crawling through. To me Mirkwood is the center of mystery and danger throughout season 1, almost a main character itself.
