The Demogorgon Attacks

Nothing is stronger than a mothers love. Apart from of course that same badass mother with an axe, fighting a monster to protect her son. This model recreates the brilliant scene from the end of season one, the brilliant culmination of all the moving pieces coming together. This was one of the most intense moments of the show and I wanted to capture that here. The opening wall was hard to do but I am really happy with how it turned out and it fits together brilliantly. I also redesigned the Demogorgon to make it a bit more larger and intimidating. I also wanted to have the mouth be open-able in real time to capture the intensity and terror of this scene.
