Retro TV and VCR from 1980s
Stranger Things is based on 1980s era. So you can't talk about Stranger Things without knowing about 80s pop culture and lifestyle. I believe that most iconic things from that era are retro TV and VCR. They represent 1980s pop culture as well as Stranger Things theme. They give feeling of nostalgic. Do you remember what feels like when pushing a VHS tape into a VCR player or turning stiff dial to switch channel on TV?
So my LEGO creation is based on those feeling. First, I created TV and VCR in small scale. Then, I decided to create larger version of VCR player so you can actually insert VHS tape into VCR player. I hope you enjoy them.
