Dragon Ball Z - Race to Rescue Gohan!

Some of my fondest childhood memories are playing with Lego system and attempting to recreate my favourite Dragon Ball Z battles. So, I was ecstatic to learn Lego now accepts submissions for the DragonballZ brand.

The most pivotal battle in the entire Dragon Ball Z franchise sees two bitter rivals, Goku and Piccolo, set aside their differences to save young Gohan from the clutches of a ruthless Saiyan, Raditz. But in order to save his son, Goku must make the ultimate sacrifice.

I set out to build a play scale model, which provides fans all the pieces needed to faithfully recreate this sequence in its totality.

Spaceship door is fully functional and can completely close with Gohan safely inside.

Also included are several interchangeable pieces to allow for alternate display options.
