Tailspin: Sea Duck

This model is of the Sea Duck cargo transport plane with Baloo and Kit from the 1990 show Tailspin appeared in more than sixty episodes.

Roughly one in eleven pieces making up the Sea Duck from the previous challenge submission (Tailspin: Sea Duck & Higher For Hire) were eliminated to meet the piece count for this smaller challenge.

The back cargo door opens wide for easy cargo loading, unloading, as well as cloud surfing Kit performed in Tailspin. The dual rudders and elevators on the tail, ailerons on the wings, propellers on the engines, and all doors on the Sea Duck are moveable. The pontoon under each wing is connected two ways just as was shown in Tailspin. The iconic yellow and red paint scheme, dual propeller engines, boat bottomed fuselage make this fun to build, fly, and appreciate on display.

This Sea Duck model would be a great addition to sets/parts as cargo could be moved, and Baloo could be set up to fish out the back like in the show if a pole was added.
