Mononoke Ghibli

The set consists of the two main characters San and Ashitaka in fully pose-able build-able forms and as minifigures. Along with a detailed base plate representing the forest from the movie.

I built it because It's one of my favorite movies of all time. I have being trying to recreate the ip in LEGO for years and this time I wanted to make the film into a display piece which highlights the two main characters. Which I think matches well as an idea that fits into the 1000 part limit of the competition.

I believe it would make a great set as it makes for a nice display and comes with interesting minifigures. You could also re-use or adapt for the forest to help make your own mocs. The various green tree trunk pieces would be useful to have in real life to make designs with a rich use of greenery. The film the set is based on also matches the "High-affinity teens and adults" target audience of LEGO Ideas.
