The Magic School Bus

Seatbelts Everyone!

At my old school we never got turned into Lego.

Who among us 90's kids doesn't remember The Magic School Bus, either the books or the unforgettable theme song to the T.V. show. I wanted to design a set that paid tribute to that series and also allowed for all the magic play features that only Lego can bring. There could be any number of forms for the school bus, but I went with the iconic rocket ship, & submarine, making the outside easily customizable for whatever adventure they are on. Add dragon wings to turn it into a bat, add jet engines for an airplane, a ship's mast to explore the waves. Just like the bus, the only limit is your imagination.

The Magic School Bus needs some passengers for its adventure, so included are a few of the main kids from the series; Arnold, Carlos, Wanda, & of course Ms. Frizzle. I would love to see the rest of the kids & Liz included if the model wins.

So let's take that second right to Mars!
