Seatbelts Everyone! The Magic School Bus

Ms. Frizzle can take the class anywhere with this Lego Magic School Bus.

The main feature of this build is the ability to open the double side doors with a lever above the back door. The back door opens manually and one side of the bus hinges open.

The bus has four modes: normal, spaceship, submarine, and miniature.

The side wings clip on to bars, while the top fin and rockets just stud into place when the bus is in spaceship mode. The 2x6 tiles on the sides cover the bars when the bus is in normal or submarine mode. The tiny little compartment next to the side doors is to keep those tiles when the bus has its wings on.

Nine minifigures can fit inside the bus, and there is a small spot for Liz to hang out on the dashboard. The tiny bus side build also has a little compartment on the other side when it is not in use.

While some of the techniques are fairly complex, it is a very sturdy build.
