Dragon Ball Z
It's over 9000! No, wait it isn't even 400 bricks.
Two enemies/rivals are facing each other; Prince Vegeta IV and Son Goku. Vegeta the prince of all Saiyans VS the earthling (who is actually also a Saiyan) Kakarot.
Vegeta is in his early uniform, with his tail still wrapped around him. Meanwhile Goku has gone Super Saiyan!, ready to fight off any evil.
Well, if the previous BrickHeadz's hair (the first entry in the second part of this challenge, the bald one of the second entry was too easy) was not enough, here are 2 BrickHeadz with insane, slightly overly complicated and completely different hair.
The wild hair of both of them makes this 396 bricks!
