Jumanji: Pod Attack!

This Jumanji diorama captures the moment when Alan Parrish and team are attacked by the pod, which bursts out of the cabinet and snares Peter by the foot! Alan and Judy try to pull him away from the plant monster's grasp before Alan takes a sword to the rogue tendril. I omitted Sarah from the scene to avoid having too many minifigures in a relatively small build and making it look cluttered.

I was really struck by the vibrancy of the pod's colour and the blocking of the scene, so it immediately sprang to mind when thinking about making a diorama. I went with a diorama because I wanted to make something a bit different from the oft-done Jumanji board game or house. I think it would make a really nice display set for fans of the original 1995 film and would fit easily onto any shelf, alongside other film-related pieces.
