Mouse Hunt – Mouse Traps
The movie Mouse Hunt is a comedy from 1997 in which two brothers inherit a huge mansion. This set shows the famous and funny scene from the film, where the brothers place a lot of mousetraps in the kitchen to catch a little mouse. They wait by the entrance of the mouse hole. The mouse appears and quickly reaches the top of the large fridge, where a bowl of cherries and a spoon are placed. The mouse jumps onto the spoon, causing one cherry to „fly” onto the floor, hitting an olive placed in a mousetrap, so it causes a chain reaction that activates all the traps. In the end, the brothers find themselves caught in their own trap.
I physically built this set using 711 LEGO pieces. I created it because I watched this movie in the 90s and have seen it many times since. This scene was my favorite, I find it the funniest and I still enjoy watching it on streaming platforms. Just check it out and watch it!
