A Blast From the Past
Ducati is timeless. What better way to highlight that than by a classic bike, the Ducati 906 Paso, in an ancient place, The Redwoods.
I first saw the redwoods in Star Wars, and when I found out that I could visit Endor, I was ecstatic. My ride through the forest wouldn't be complete without the bike that screams "cool" to me, and was first made the year I was born.
Highlights:
1. The massive redwoods (of course).
2. The very popular drive-through tree.
3. The Big Basin falls.
4. Two banana slugs, a squirrel, and a frog (can you find all them?)
5. A slightly broken down road that winds through the coastal rainforest parks.
6. Some other representative nature including alders, pines, firs, ferns, moss, and saplings.
7. And last, but not least, the misty fogs of the California coast.
The scene includes about 20,000 bricks and uses forced perspective to provide depth between the elements.
The bike was built around two mudguards (28326) and has about 140 pieces.
Thank you for checking out my entry.
