A Talk With the Minister

In the Half-Blood Prince when Harry is staying at the Weasley's he gets visited by Rufus Scrimgeour, the Minister of Magic. They take a walk and Rufus asks Harry to be seen going in and out of the Ministry to give boost moral. Harry refuses still remembering what Dolores Umbridge did to him. Thus ends their conversation.
