Godric's Hollow - Battle with Bathilda Bagshot
This 4343 piece entry is a recreation of the wintry Christmas Eve scene in Godric's Hollow where Hermione and Harry visit the Potter's grave in the very haunted St. Jerome's graveyard. A perfect blanket of snow covers everything in sight. They find Bathilda Bagshot and she invites them into her home. They discover she's really Voldemort's snake Nagini! Nagini strikes and Harry crashes through a wall into a nursery. They narrowly escape and flee into the night.
As it was Christmas Eve, I put some revelers on the bottom floor. Also, as I like to do, I put in some play elements including a pop-up ghost in the graveyard and a breakaway wall that leads to the nursery.
I crammed as many details in the scene as I could:
- The pop-up grave shows the symbol for the Deathly Hallows
- The flowers Hermione conjures at the Potter's grave
- A copy of The Life and Lies of Dumbledore
- The real Bathilda resting in cauldron
- Bathilda's clothes in a pile on the floor after she transforms into Nagini
- And lot's more!
