Launching Teamwork

This trophy design is a representation of the fundemental core values of FIRST. The three minifigures, representing robot game, project presentation, and core values, are standing in front of their rocket in the perfect picture of triumph and success. They are frozen in the act of celebrating everything that it took to lead them there, all the challenges that they faced and overcame together, all the failure, and all the courage it took to get back up and keep going. Despite all the obstacles and hardships, they succeeded in the end and they lauched the future for the world. That's what FIRST is about.
