Marble Run

For this challenge, I created a marble run for a minifigure science museum. It was important for me to create something interactive that conveyed scientific concepts through play and teamwork. One minifigure can climb to the top of the stairs to send the ball down the course, while others adjust the slope of the ramps with different gears. Will the ball wind up in the dumpster? In the flower box? Or somewhere else? Perhaps a time trial with different slopes is the game of the day.

This set is simple enough for all ages without being too basic. It demonstrates principles of physics through play, and offers lots of opportunities for minifigure story telling. Enjoy!
