'Bot Coder

A compact depiction of programming a robot and circuitboard tinkering.

‘Input’ the code on the computer and ‘copy’ it to a portable drive or cartridge — the latter of which can be ejected via button on the back. Use the soldering iron on the workbench to ‘assemble/repair/tinker’ with the circuitboard. Then click the results onto one of the small robots provided.

This can be used with models outside of this set too. Maybe add an autopilot to a ship, or personality to a building. Just click the plates on and consider it integrated.

The computer can be detached intact and set up elsewhere, free-standing, for various other scenarios. Store spares/copies of cartridges/circuitboards inside the desk drawer or crates.

Robots included:
  • Multi-purpose ‘Butler’, with a dedicated cartridge slot. “Clean and serve”.
  • Large claw; can can hold small objects. “Hold that please.”
  • Spider-like spy, with microphone and camera-eye. “Get their secrets”.
  • Robotic-dog. “Woof said”.

709 pieces.
