Star Gazing Telescope
For this competition I decided to build a telescope. When I think of science, Astronomy always comes to mind. Gazing into a clear night sky is such an amazing feeling. we have no clue what is really out there. The use of a telescope will not give us the answers of what may lie out there, but it can give us a closer look. With the most basic telescopes we can see the deep craters of the moon, planets and the most distant stars. This telescope that I built consist of 90 pieces and is approximately 13" long x 11" tall. There is the main telescope and a star gazer built off the side. There is also a little bonus when looking into the eyepiece.
