The Demilich

Behold—a demilich!

This creepy cranial creature was once a wizard who craved life beyond death. Through powerful sorcery, the wizard forged eight soul gems and implanted them throughout its skull. No longer requiring it’s body, the wizard ascended to demilich.

But be weary brave traveler—for the demilich fears not magic nor death. One must destroy all eight soul gems and the demilich’s phylactery to prevent it from rising again.
