Folding Vignette DM Screen
I decided to create something that combined all of the different features suggested for the build: functionality, customizability, and display value.
The minifigures represent the 13 different D&D classes (plus NPCs) so you can build your perfect character and display them. The modular vignettes allow for creation of custom scenes from your favourite games. You can also add the Minifigures or the vignettes themselves to your battle maps. This build is a correctly scaled DM screen meaning that it can be used on actual table tops. Alternatively, the entire screen folds into a tome that can be displayed on a shelf or opened up to display the vignettes.
The covers of the tome display current and classic covers of D&D books to pay homage to 50 years of D&D. I originally planned on including these covers as brick-built mosaics. These could be workshopped back into brick-built, or smaller stickers on a tile-built cover if the current sticker size is impractical.
