The Mimic Dice Tower
Mimics are shapeshifting predators able to take on the form of inanimate objects to lure creatures to their doom. In dungeons, these cunning creatures most often take the form of doors and chests, having learned that such forms attract a steady stream of prey (Monster Manual p220).
If a band of naive adventurers hungry for loot were to approach what looked to be an abandoned wizard tower, the only thing coming out that door would be a handful of bone dice.
With a convenient hole in the broken roof to drop dice through and protruding ramps to knock them around all the way down, dice will be rolling out onto the abandoned courtyard haunted by the screams of the tower's victims. These dice will be so shaken that the rolls will be truly random.
