The Eye and Hand of Vecna
A desiccated, mummified hand and a single bloodshot eye are all that remains of the evil lich Vecna. These grisly artifacts bestow great power on those brave or foolish enough to use them. Be warned, these gifts are not without their price: the bearer of these items risks becoming an instrument of Vecna's own evil will.
